Thanks to editor of peer publication Prime Journal, Rosalind Hill for inviting me to write some guest editorial re labiaplasty. Whilst I welcome debate surrounding this cosmetic surgical procedure, I do feel it has become a little one sided. I am an advocate of women’s right to choose and, as with all cosmetic surgery, this is an elective procedure, and a decision that should be made on individual merit.
